FLICKR UPLOADR PRO CODE
If you have some bright ideas, why not post them in the code forum. We’re hard at work (well, sort-of-work) thinking up new things to visualize and new ways to present the data. New movies might get posted here if they’re awesome enough. Myles has also been working on some modifications to improve upon the abrupt endings.
FLICKR UPLOADR PRO SOFTWARE
This required a little modification of the software to allow for states on nodes, so that the node color can change as the state changes.
In this movie, each node represents an issue, flashing red as it was opened, orange as it was assigned, blue as we argued about what to do and final green when it was resolved. Myles took it a step further, using the tool to visualize our internal bug tracking system. In this visualization, blue represents PHP, green is HTML, red is Java, purple is CSS and JavaScript, Cyan is Flash and ActionScript, with yellow filling in for everything else. We sprang into action, avoiding the real work we were supposed to be doing and created some visualizations of the main Flickr subversion repository. The pro version costs $0.99 and if you want those features, you're hardly breaking the bank.We were impressed with Michael Ogawa’s code_swarm project, so were understandably excited when he made the source available (under the GPL v3). However, if you want to upload directly to an album, this would also require the pro version. Upload to Flickr is free to download, from the list of features above there are two that will require you to have a pro version - upload videos and upload multiple photos at once. Clean and functional intuitive user interface.Configure important display privacy settings for your content on Flickr beforehand.Upload multiple files at once to Flickr. You can also choose who will be able to see these photos - public, friends, family, etc. You can choose the default album in the settings within the app. When you've chosen your pictures you can choose where to upload them to - your photostream or any other existing albums.
Once you're logged in, just start selecting the photos you want to upload. It's free to sign up and you get 1TB of free storage - so much more than you'll ever need. Setting up the app is easy, when you first launch the app, you're prompted to login to your account or can create one if you don't have one already.
